Acquire and onboard new SME and corporate clients, originate and structure secured lending, drive deposits and transaction throughput across liquidity, FX and cash management, implement cross-sell strategies, provide high-touch relationship servicing, monitor market trends to inform product strategy, and ensure regulatory, credit and AML/KYC compliance.

Manage private banking credit documentation and security collateral processes, ensure conditions precedent and regulatory compliance, coordinate valuations/solicitors/insurers, prepare credit reporting and committee packs, oversee controls and audits, lead projects to improve operations, and mentor team members.
