Manages private banking security documentation, facility activation, collateral administration, credit reporting, regulatory controls, audit support, and operational risk processes. Reviews loan and security documents, monitors collateral and credit exceptions, coordinates with legal, valuation, insurance, relationship management, and credit risk stakeholders, prepares Credit Committee materials, supports banking system UAT, and leads process improvement projects. Provides mentoring, training, and operational coverage for the team.

The IT Support Engineer manages IT asset lifecycle, service requests, incident governance, compliance, and documentation, ensuring operational resilience. They conduct system health checks and align IT support with regulatory guidelines.
