Develop, qualify, and industrialize robotic repair processes; program and operate industrial robots; integrate ancillary equipment with robotic control systems; troubleshoot complex technical issues; and transfer processes to repair facilities. The role also supports repair-development programs, collaborates cross-functionally, documents technical work, and provides informal guidance to junior team members.

Leads the technical strategy, integration, engineering delivery, and commissioning oversight for the APAC HVDC project portfolio. Serves as the primary technical interface for customers and internal teams, coordinates multidisciplinary workstreams, ensures compliance with contract and design requirements, manages technical risks, and resolves complex site commissioning issues. The role also aligns regional strategies with product roadmaps, drives lessons learned into design standards, and ensures engineering milestones support successful project execution.

Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for large HVDC projects, managing multidisciplinary global teams, technical interfaces, configuration control, design reviews, risk mitigation, KPIs, and customer engagement from handover through commissioning and closeout.
