Modernizes fragmented platforms, partners with engineering and analytics, champions customer insights, drives AI-enabled product development, and leads a global Product Management organization. The role requires executive influence, deep international payments expertise, scalable platform experience, and a strong focus on experimentation and loyalty.

Manage client integrations from discovery through go-live for Flywire payments products. Lead workshops, configure portals, support API/checkout integrations, troubleshoot, provide post-launch support, document processes, and relay client feedback to product teams.
