Own B2B growth across Singapore and North Asia, managing full-funnel pipeline generation, outbound sequences, events, webinars, trade shows, retargeting, ABM, content, performance analysis, partnerships, and sponsorships. The role requires regional market positioning, campaign execution, vendor coordination, and broad growth marketing expertise in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Build and scale customer adoption programs across APAC, including onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, webinars, and adoption playbooks. Develop deep expertise in ElevenLabs products, audit customer configurations, identify adoption gaps, and recommend improvements. Track adoption metrics, create data-driven strategies, and collaborate with Account Management, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Engineering, and implementation partners. The role is remote from Singapore and requires fluent English and Mandarin.

The role involves managing strategic accounts in North Asia and Singapore, driving growth and multi-year strategies within enterprise organizations, and building executive relationships while delivering tailored AI solutions.

Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ AI-powered revenue operations stack. Administer Salesforce, manage its data architecture and platform health, build Flows and Apex automations, and develop custom services, MCP servers, integrations, and AI tooling. Design SQL-based pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting, while translating ambiguous business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with engineering on larger initiatives. Experience with dbt and BI tools such as Sigma or Looker is a bonus.

The Account Executive will manage new accounts, identify business opportunities, develop knowledge of the AI landscape, and promote voice technology solutions.
