Monitor and manage trading platforms, Linux environments, and trading infrastructure across multiple markets. Support traders, troubleshoot complex issues using logs and packet captures, assist with onboarding new trading opportunities, and collaborate with Development, Trading, and IT teams on strategic initiatives, automation, and process improvements.

Own end-to-end quantitative research lifecycle for systematic trading: ingest and version tick and market data, build Python-based research infrastructure, develop microstructure and relative-value signals, backtest and validate strategies, collaborate with traders to deploy live signals, and continuously optimize execution and tooling.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of a global, low-latency network. Plan and execute infrastructure projects, manage datacenter connectivity, troubleshoot performance and routing, and automate network operations while working with trading, systems, and operations teams.

Manage and scale proprietary trading strategies end-to-end: develop models, signals, and execution; own risk, positions, and P&L; collaborate with quants, engineers, and risk/compliance to grow strategy performance.

Build and operate DV's model layer: fine-tune and distill open-weight models, run on-prem inference infrastructure on Kubernetes, implement a model gateway routing across providers, evaluate model quality/cost/latency, manage GPU provisioning and utilization, and define tooling for model selection and production regression testing.

Lead design and delivery of production LLM-powered agent systems and firm-wide agent standards. Build reference agent apps, connect agents to internal data/APIs, establish security and governance for AI, adopt deployment and observability infrastructure, and partner with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
