Develops market plans, acquires and retains key accounts, analyzes market and competitor trends, identifies new opportunities, and presents strategies to leadership. Coordinates with Design, Marketing, SCM, and R&D while ensuring regulatory compliance, technical quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Requires senior industrial sales experience, strong negotiation and financial skills, technical materials knowledge, and international experience.
