Join Clyde & Co's Singapore Energy & Projects team as an Associate advising on cross-border energy and natural resources transactions (LNG, gas, power, mining, energy transition). Work closely with a Partner on corporate and project development matters, contribute to client-facing work, business development, training, and team collaboration. Candidates should be common-law qualified with 2–5 years PQE in energy/projects.

Provide end-to-end legal support for cyber incidents: act as first point of contact, manage breach response and crisis management, coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors, handle regulatory obligations and notifications, prepare incident reports, assist with litigation/arbitration, maintain client files, and support business development.

Support partners on regional, complex insurance coverage matters and disputes (Financial Lines, Casualty, Credit Risk, Reinsurance). Research and draft documents and advice, assist in contentious litigation and arbitrations, manage local counsel globally, and help build client relationships and business development.
