As a Quantitative Research Analyst at Citadel, you'll conceptualize and develop mathematical models and trading strategies, implement and back test models in live trading, and utilize unconventional data sources for innovative research and statistical analysis.

As a Quantitative Research Analyst Intern, you will develop and improve mathematical models, back test trading strategies, utilize unconventional data sources, and conduct statistical analysis for trading signals. Collaboration with senior team members and networking opportunities will be key aspects of this 11-week internship.

This internship involves working within a dynamic operations team to identify improvements in technology and processes related to the trade lifecycle. Interns will collaborate with trading desks and analyze financial markets, while developing problem-solving skills through data analysis and coding.
