Leads APAC inland logistics strategy, procurement, carrier relationships, team development, financial performance, and service governance. Drives standardized processes, scorecards, tools, and data-driven decision-making across drayage, LTL, pickup and delivery, and other inland services. Partners with operations, pricing, product, and commercial teams to improve margins, capacity, service quality, customer solutions, and regional adoption of a product-led operating model.

Manages end-to-end international air freight shipments, including bookings, documentation, governmental filings, delivery, billing, tracking, and customer SOP compliance. Maintains accurate shipment data in Navisphere, provides complex quotes, supports pricing, and ensures operational and audit standards. Serves as a customer and internal subject matter expert, resolves issues, mentors colleagues, coordinates with agents and vendors, supports account teams, and recommends process and technology improvements.

Manage and grow a portfolio of global forwarding and logistics accounts through relationship development, pipeline expansion, pricing strategy, business reviews, account planning, customer retention, and supply chain solution development. Coordinate with operations and product teams to resolve issues, improve performance, manage customer expectations, and implement process improvements. Monitor financial results, volume, service performance, accounts receivable, and customer feedback while driving profitability and continuous improvement.
