Own and execute APAC external communications, including media relations, journalist engagement, press materials, executive preparation, reactive and crisis communications, and regional reporting. The role builds Cboe’s presence across Singapore, Hong Kong, and other APAC markets while partnering with global communications, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, regulatory teams, and external PR agencies.

Drive APAC revenue growth for Cboe derivatives by acquiring and expanding buy-side and bank clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, order-flow growth, quantitative analysis, product and business strategy, cross-selling, market intelligence, targeted marketing materials, industry presentations, and client events. The role develops expansion plans, evaluates product opportunities, builds qualified pipelines, and partners with global sales, product, marketing, and senior management teams.

Own a tiered portfolio of financial-services clients across market data, index, and options analytics products. Drive retention, renewals, usage, adoption, expansion opportunities, onboarding, and client satisfaction. Monitor account health, resolve escalations cross-functionally, gather product feedback, support product communications, maintain CRM accuracy, and report portfolio metrics while partnering closely with Sales and internal teams.
