Design scalable, resilient telecom billing and BSS solutions by translating business requirements into technical architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to lead solution discussions, perform impact assessments, and drive end-to-end delivery. Provide hands-on enterprise application support including configuration, integration, troubleshooting, batch processing, and data analysis for billing, finance, receivables, and collections domains.
