Leads institutional sales and fundraising across Greater China, targeting corporations, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, insurers, and other strategic investors. Develops business development strategies, originates opportunities, manages the full sales process, coordinates RFIs, RFPs, due diligence and onboarding, and supports fundraising roadshows and marketing initiatives for alternative investment strategies including private credit, real estate, asset-based finance, and other private markets.

The Director will manage client portfolios in private credit, focusing on business development and collaboration with investment teams and sales, while creating marketing materials and thought leadership content.
