Collaborate with product, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams, participate in code reviews and incident response, document systems, and reduce technical debt.

Lead complex, cross-functional regionalization and developer enablement infrastructure programs across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and product teams. Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, forecasting, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and impediment removal. Drive infrastructure readiness for regulated cloud regions, improve delivery automation and operational processes, and champion Agile and Lean practices through retrospectives and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Contribute to architecture, write production-grade code and automated tests, troubleshoot distributed systems, participate in on-call rotation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, product, and support to deliver reliable commerce and digital experience platforms.

The Principal Software Engineer will design and own the architecture of a streaming platform using Apache Flink and Kafka, focusing on API-first design and operational excellence.

Design and implement scalable, secure backend services and workflows for product access, including user provisioning, entitlements, authorization, subscription lifecycle automation, API and event-driven integrations, observability, and AI-native workflow capabilities in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
