The Sales Director will lead sales efforts in SEA, drive revenue growth, and manage customer relationships.

Monitors first-time quality, leads material review activities, updates quality and workmanship standards, maintains engineering documentation, handles customer complaints, analyzes quality data, supports new product launches, and conducts quality system audits. The role requires a science or engineering diploma, at least one year of quality experience, proficiency with quality tools and Microsoft Office, and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Lead and perform failure analyses on automotive electronic products; develop and standardize FA methods; manage FA technicians and lab operations across elemental/metallurgical, non-destructive, thermal, and mechanical analyses; improve lab capabilities and collaborate with local and global teams and customers.
