Leads Maersk’s Retail and Lifestyle vertical strategy in Singapore by growing targeted customers, developing key accounts, positioning end-to-end logistics solutions, and delivering revenue and profitability targets. Manage end-to-end demand-to-delivery for an allocated tanker fleet, run RFQs with non-contracted suppliers, ensure procurement compliance, build stakeholder relationships, drive supply chain improvements, support budget utilization, analyze procurement data, and contribute supplier feedback for category strategy and development.

Lead regional chartering and procurement for project logistics across Asia Pacific. Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations, capacity planning, supplier performance, HSSEQ compliance, and support tenders and solution development to optimize costs and ensure reliable project execution.

Provides legal advice for infrastructure investments and terminal projects across Asia Pacific, covering concessions, joint ventures, acquisitions, construction, development, and operational readiness. Builds safety culture and develops regional HSE teams while influencing senior stakeholders across countries and business units. Adapts standards to local regulatory requirements, promotes operational resilience and excellence, and represents Asia Pacific in global safety forums.

Lead analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes using methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen). Create requirements, process maps, QA/compliance metrics, and support training and change management. Mentor junior staff and influence operational priorities to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Owns end-to-end customer event strategy and execution across APAC, including flagship summits, executive forums, webinars, trade shows, and hybrid programs. Develops event content, partnerships, campaigns, and customer experiences; manages agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and governance. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Communications, and regional teams to drive engagement, pipeline, revenue, and measurable ROI. Leads innovation, test-and-learn initiatives, performance measurement, and best-practice sharing across the marketing organization.

Lead day-to-day security operations at the Distribution Centre, supervising contracted security staff, managing command‑and‑control functions, incident response, compliance with TAPA/CTPAT and Maersk standards, vendor performance, audits, risk assessments, visitor/VIP security, SOP governance, and continuous improvement.

Six-month technical internship supporting LUPAC projects: coordinate engineering and lubrication initiatives, perform data and oil analysis, liaise with labs and vessel crews, produce data summaries, and help develop category management processes, tools, and standards to improve vessel reliability and efficiency.
