Lead regional deployment and governance of the Enterprise Quality Management System across Asia Pacific logistics sites. Support daily billing operations: verify and generate invoices, liaise with customs/haulage/operations, update systems (Oracle JD Edwards, Keyfields), handle customer billing queries and disputes, maintain invoice filing for audit, prepare billing templates, and assist supervisors as needed.
