Leads Maersk’s Retail and Lifestyle vertical strategy in Singapore by growing targeted customers, developing key accounts, positioning end-to-end logistics solutions, and delivering revenue and profitability targets. The role manages senior customer relationships, creates tailored value propositions, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports onboarding and contract compliance, and expands Maersk’s footprint through new business and increased share of wallet.

Lead regional chartering and procurement for project logistics across Asia Pacific. Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations, capacity planning, supplier performance, HSSEQ compliance, and support tenders and solution development to optimize costs and ensure reliable project execution.

Provides legal advice for infrastructure investments and terminal projects across Asia Pacific, covering concessions, joint ventures, acquisitions, construction, development, and operational readiness. Drafts and negotiates complex project, EPC, FIDIC-based, and development agreements; manages concession compliance, claims, disputes, risks, external counsel, and contract governance. Partners with senior stakeholders, contractors, governmental authorities, and regional legal and business teams.

Lead day-to-day security operations at the Distribution Centre, supervising contracted security staff, managing command‑and‑control functions, incident response, compliance with TAPA/CTPAT and Maersk standards, vendor performance, audits, risk assessments, visitor/VIP security, SOP governance, and continuous improvement.

The Airfreight Business Development Manager will drive growth by managing customer accounts, collaborating with sales teams, and optimizing pricing strategies in the Airfreight portfolio across Southeast Asia.

Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment activities between customers, operations, and vendors.
