Develops enablement programs, sales assets, thought leadership, competitive insights, and ROI messaging; advises on application design and best practices; gathers customer feedback to influence product roadmaps; and supports strategic sales opportunities as a financial services subject-matter and architecture expert.

Leads sales operations initiatives across APAC, optimizing sales processes, tools, forecasting, pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and productivity. Analyzes pipeline metrics, develops actionable reports, supports revenue forecasting, identifies risks, and partners with sales leadership to improve conversion and achieve targets. The role also drives cross-functional strategic projects, territory planning, go-to-market modeling, and adoption of sales best practices in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Leads APAC sales operations and profitable regional growth by managing strategic initiatives, forecasting, pipeline and account reviews, territory planning, quota setting, budgeting, and GTM execution. The role provides analytical insights, oversees performance metrics, improves sales processes and systems, and coordinates cross-functional workstreams to increase productivity and operational excellence.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as a strategic advisor to drive ROI on Anaplan. Own executive engagement, value realization, adoption, expansion, renewals, and internal advocacy while building CoEs, success plans, playbooks, and customer case studies.
