Graduates analyze markets, supply and demand, vessel movements, trading exposures, P&L, freight economics, risk limits, contracts, and trade settlements. The program develops technical, commercial, analytical, and leadership skills, with limited opportunities for a trading rotation and permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

Leads Risk Controllers within the Middle Office, overseeing trade validation, exposures, valuations, P&L reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance. Drives CTRM implementation, process redesign, automation, reporting improvements, and control optimization across global trading operations. Manages risk policies, audits, KPIs, documentation, and stakeholder relationships while coaching the team and shaping the future Risk Control operating model.

Owns the end-to-end CTRM business solution architecture and future operating model for oil and energy trading. Leads process transformation across trading, risk, logistics, settlements, finance, integrations, data, testing, cutover, and business readiness. Drives standardization, automation, effective controls, and configuration over customization while advising senior stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and governance forums.

Prepare, review and negotiate sale and purchase contracts for crude and petroleum products; manage contract paperwork, mitigate legal and commercial risk, improve processes, mentor team members, and support trading, shipping and legal teams on disputes and continuous improvement.

Support end-to-end settlement activities for physical commodity trades, including purchase and sales invoicing, accounts receivable and payable processing, cash application, payment coordination, reconciliations, exception resolution, and month-end close. Review trade documentation, freight and demurrage costs, maintain settlement trackers, coordinate with trading and treasury teams, and ensure compliance with internal controls, contractual requirements, and audit standards.
