Manages Directed Content research projects focused on Energy & Industrials, defining research angles and expert criteria, reviewing expert profiles, monitoring project performance, and coordinating Analysts. Coaches Analysts on sourcing strategies, allocates workloads, tracks compliance and engagement metrics, and partners with research leaders and client contributors to deliver high-quality expert insights aligned with client needs.

Research and source high-quality industry experts for assigned projects. Conduct outreach through email and LinkedIn, evaluate expert backgrounds through calls, document relevant experience, answer questions, negotiate rates, onboard experts, coordinate client calls, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Work closely with Project Managers to refine project scopes and meet fast-turnaround deadlines.

Leads the APAC Financial Services Account Management and Customer Success teams, owning renewals, upsells, retention, revenue forecasting, customer adoption, and growth targets. Builds scalable playbooks and data-driven processes, coaches and recruits talent, develops senior client relationships, manages escalations, and partners with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes and expand revenue.

Own the full-cycle sales process for AlphaSense's financial markets segment, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and research teams. Responsibilities include prospecting with SDRs, consultative selling, product demonstrations, trial management, pipeline development, forecasting, quota attainment, and sharing customer feedback. The role requires SaaS sales experience, financial services fluency, strong communication, and comfort selling AI-driven solutions. Japanese business proficiency is highly desirable.

Drive international Revenue Operations by building reporting and SFDC dashboards, optimizing sales processes, owning QBRs, designing territories, partnering with sales leaders and BI to deliver data-driven insights and implement revenue tools to scale the international sales organization.

Identify and engage prospective enterprise and investment-professional clients via email, phone, and social outreach.
