Manage contract reviews, negotiations, approvals, procurement documentation, due diligence, purchase orders, client portals, project handoffs, governance reporting, risk escalation, and process improvements. Partner with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Compliance, PMO, and Practices to ensure engagements launch smoothly with viable commercial terms and controlled risk.

Part-time senior advisor providing strategic regulatory and policy advice across Asia-Pacific on spectrum, satellite and telecom matters. Support national and regional WRC preparations, stakeholder engagement with governments and regulators, advocacy in regional and multilateral fora, meeting participation, policy analysis, briefing materials, and capacity-building opportunities.
