Singapore-based startup Video Rebirth has raised $50 million in funding from undisclosed investors to launch a “high-fidelity, controllable” AI video generation platform for creators in advertising, e-commerce, film and animation.

According to the company, Video Rebirth was founded to develop a “world model” for AI video generation, an alternative to existing generative video systems that emphasizes cinematic realism. Its proprietary “Physics Native Attention” architecture is designed to render light, shadow and object interactions with lifelike precision, addressing the flat or artificial look common in current models.

Video Rebirth’s first product, built on this technology, is set to launch next month, positioning the company among a new wave aiming to push AI video toward film-quality production.
