UATP, a Singapore-based financial technology and payment solutions provider, has appointed David Newington as managing director, commercial, Asia-Pacific. In this role, he will lead the company’s commercial operations across the region, focusing on driving growth and expanding market presence.
According to a company release, Newington brings more than two decades of experience in payments, IT and corporate travel, and he previously held senior roles at companies including APG Pay and AirPlus. He has a strong track record in building teams and delivering payment solutions across Australia, the United States and Singapore.
