Tagit Joins Juniper Group Following Acquistion

The Singapore-based company will become part of an India-based division of its new parent company.

Tagit, a Singapore-based company specializing in digital banking solutions, was acquired by Juniper Group, a conglomerate consisting of vertical market software companies in sectors like travel and hospitality, healthcare and finance.

Tagit’s core offering is a cloud-native API platform, the Mobeix Digital Banking Platform, that enables omnichannel retail, corporate, onboarding and family banking experiences. It helps banks modernize customer experiences and enable effective engagement at across every stage of life. 

The company’s technology allows banks to process more than $100 billion in transactions annually. Following the acquisition, Tagit will be integrated into TSI Group, a division of Juniper Group, with headquarters in Chennai, India.
