PwC, a multinational professional services network, announced the launch of a dedicated artificial intelligence hub in Singapore. It will focus on setting best practices for integrating new AI technologies, advancing AI capabilities at scale and building partnerships to support market expansion.

Supported by Singapore’s Economic Development Board, PwC is committing more than $4 million over a three-year period to this initiative, according to reporting by The Business Times

Since January, the hub’s team has grown from three to 15 employees, with plans to expand to 20 within the next year.

In addition to its core focus, the hub is also collaborating with higher education institutions, including the National University of Singapore, to provide professional learning opportunities that will help students develop AI-related skills.
