Lighthouse Canton, a global investment institution headquartered in Singapore, secured $40 million in a funding round led by Peak XV Partners. The company manages $5 billion in assets for entrepreneurs, families and institutions across Singapore, India, the UAE and the U.K.

This investment marks the company’s first external capital raise. Lighthouse Canton will use the money to enhance its tech infrastructure, hire talent, expand its product capabilities and grow its global footprint into new markets.

“We have built Lighthouse Canton with an institutional mindset independently. For more than 10 years, we have been guided by a long-term vision of creating a world-class investment platform,” Shilpi Chowdhary, Lighthouse Canton’s group CEO, said in a statement. “With Peak XV and our strategic partners, we are deepening our capabilities, institutionalizing further, and positioning ourselves for the next decade of growth.”
