Dyna.Ai, an artificial intelligence-as-a-service provider headquartered in Singapore, has raised an undisclosed eight-figure sum in a Series A funding round led by Lion X Ventures, with participation from ADATA.
The announcement on Tuesday shows the new funding will be used to advance Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI offerings, aimed at helping enterprises move from pilot projects to fully operational AI systems.
Dyna.Ai operates under a Results-as-a-Service model, focusing on revenue-driven outcomes rather than experimental deployments. Its platform integrates domain expertise, AI agent development tools, task-specific AI agents and production-ready agentic applications designed to execute defined workflows while maintaining compliance, governance and accountability standards.
According to Dyna.Ai, the fundraising comes amid growth in Southeast Asia’s AI sector, which is projected to surpass $16 billion by 2033. Singapore is also ramping up public investment in AI research, with plans to allocate nearly $1 billion Singapore dollars over the next five years.
“Fundamentally, we are innovative-driven and commercial people who have experienced the same operational challenges we are solving today. While much of the industry was focused on how broadly AI could be applied, we doubled down early on a specific, pressing problem and built with outcomes in mind. That focus continues to guide how we work with enterprises today and has built trust with C-suite leaders across institutions around the world,” Dyna.Ai’s Tomas Skoumal said in a statement.
