Singapore-based digital asset company Amber Group announced the launch of BUIDL_QUESTS 2025, a hackathon program run through the company’s Web3 accelerator amber.ac. The program, now in its second year, is funded by $10 million in incentives to support participating builders in the AgentFi space.

AgentFi centers on crypto infrastructure that powers autonomous AI agents. The agents function as on-chain economic entities capable of perception, decision-making and value creation, allowing them to serve as wallets, traders, creators and governors. This year, BUIDL_QUESTS 2025 introduced MIA, an intelligent agent, as its official ambassador. MIA will contribute insights, support community engagement and help amplify participating projects globally.

As part of the BUIDL_QUEST 2025 hackathon, participants will develop infrastructure solutions, such as foundational protocols, runtime environments and decision-making engines, and they will develop applications, including automated DAO tools and integrations across traditional industries.

BUIDL_QUESTS 2025 is offering support packages backed by more than $10 million in cash prizes, travel subsidies, cloud resources, ecosystem incentives, TVL liquidity and more. From July 21 to Aug. 10, Amber Group will run the online hackathon and hybrid workshops. Participants need to submit their projects by Aug. 20 and finalists will be announced on Sept. 15. The program will conclude with an offline demo day in Singapore and an awards ceremony on Sept. 30.
