Architect and implement cloud infrastructure for Spend product initiatives, including new services, data center migrations, and data pipeline modernization. Drive reliability, performance, observability, automation, incident response, SLOs, runbooks, and operational readiness for highly available production systems. Partner with development, DevOps, and security teams to deliver resilient, compliant infrastructure and lead SRE strategy for complex cross-functional projects.

Lead the design and development of scalable backend features across Salesforce and supporting systems. Build resilient integrations and APIs with GTM platforms such as Marketo, design reliable data models, resolve complex production issues, and reduce technical debt. Champion engineering quality, testing, and code review practices while translating business requirements into scalable systems and applying AI coding tools responsibly.

Lead data science strategy for AML and financial crime risk controls. Develop AI-powered screening, entity resolution, graph and network intelligence, anomaly detection, transaction monitoring, and proactive discovery of emerging threats. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable production controls, influence the roadmap, establish reusable frameworks, and mentor data scientists.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals. Own performance, promotion, talent review, and succession cycles; manage complex employee relations matters; develop talent, engagement, and retention strategies; coach leaders; support organizational change; and improve scalable HR processes using systems and people data.

Own Singapore people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee and manager support, and global program delivery. Partner with payroll vendors, Finance, Legal, and regional People teams to maintain accurate, scalable processes. Improve SOPs, controls, workflows, reporting, and automation while supporting a growing, fast-changing organization.
