Intern analyzes die attach process and equipment data to identify trends and variability, apply statistical or ML/AI methods for anomaly detection and optimization, build dashboards/KPIs, and present recommendations while collaborating with engineering teams.

Develop and deploy product-disposition workflows and deviation alert systems using statistical tools and ML/AI to improve yield, reliability, and quality. Build algorithms for data mining, pattern recognition, and wafer/die screening. Collaborate with Fab, design, and quality teams, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation to meet KPIs like quality, cost, cycle time, and scale.

The technician troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing, ensuring operational efficiency and performing equipment overhauls as required.

Responsible for tactical planning and execution of wafer inventory management, supporting engineering on quality and yield, and promoting safety in operations. Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency using digital and AI tools.

Operate as shift-level engineering lead for TD manufacturing development: ensure process stability, yield protection, and operational excellence; coordinate cross-functional teams; troubleshoot process/equipment issues; execute process development support, data-driven SPC analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve semiconductor production tools and processes. Perform preventative maintenance, analyze SPC out-of-control events, run tests/experiments, support tool installations and upgrades, keep accurate maintenance records, and collaborate across departments to improve uptime and process stability. Must work 12-hour shifts.

Plan and execute weekly production to meet output, on-time delivery, cycle time, and inventory targets. Analyze daily operations, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, design materials flow and production controls, drive continuous improvement, forecast materials and resources, identify bottlenecks, and ensure workplace safety.

This role involves planning and implementing tool installations, managing maintenance schedules, and improving equipment performance in semiconductor manufacturing.

The intern will learn about NAND wafer fabrication processes and equipment maintenance while analyzing manufacturing metrics in a structured environment. They will work on project-based deliverables and improvement planning guided by a mentor.

The Quality Technician Auditor performs audits and inspections in manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards and addresses process deviations.
