Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights

  • 3-6 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users

  • Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Singapore citizenship or holding Active Singapore PR is required.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Holds active Workday Certification (Adaptive preferred and Financials is added advantage)

  • May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions

  • Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects

  • Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles

  • Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel

  • Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities

  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)

  • Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's

  • Willingness to attend and present at orals
