Your Roadmap to Success

  • Prospect customer opportunities and show them how you can fulfill their automotive dreams.
  • Use a consultative sales approach that fits your customer's preferred communication method to match them with an amazing product that exceeds their expectations.
  • Provide a memorable vehicle delivery experience that leaves a lasting impression and builds strong, long term relationships for the future.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns or outstanding needs.
  • Set and achieve sales goals by using unique and innovative practices and building your personal brand that aligns with Capital culture.
  • Provide ownership support through a smooth transition to the Service Department.
  • Support sales by keeping the showroom and lot orderly and attractive to passersby and drive more foot traffic.

Qualifications that Hit the Gas

  • Proven track record of 2-3 years successful sales experience in a high-value retail environment - bonus points for any marketing expertise!
  • Consistent self-starter motivated by their passion to achieve success
  • Proven ability to enchant customers with an exceptional experience and confidence in value based/consultative selling style.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Navigate the twists and turns of communication with finesse and ease.
  • Embrace technology and leverage it to enhance your sales prowess.
  • A natural at building and maintaining strong relations - both with customers and with coworkers.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and safe driving record
