Job Description

As a Payroll Manager, you are responsible for Generating and ensure accuracy of salaries calculation, income taxes and other salary related fees. Guarantee declarations to authorities and payments corresponding legal demands. Manage and lead the salary department team according H&M values and guidelines​

You will:​

  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g new hires, terminations, raises), system upgrades and direct payroll procedures including timekeeping.​

  • Ensure the planning, execution and accurate processing of the weekly/ monthly payroll processes on systems. ​

  • Being a business partner, supporting requests by answering daily questions and exceptional challenges​

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, payroll tax obligations and internal policies.​

  • Participate and make decisions on an overall level in the requirement work, act as business project leader when applicable.

As a Payroll Manager, you’ll work closely with various internal stakeholder across the organizations and local authorities and government agencies. ​

This is a full-time position, reporting to Sales Market Controller​
