Missions and responsibilities :

This position is part of the Human Resources Department. The team apply the methodology as defined in the Thales reference system “Chorus2”. The job holder will be mainly responsible to:

1. Organizational Analysis & Design

  • Conduct workforce analytics and organizational health diagnostics to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Support organization design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver insights on span of control, layers, FTE optimization, and capability requirements.

2. HR Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing counsel on talent, culture, and engagement.
  • Partner with leadership teams to translate business strategies into HR priorities.
  • Support change management efforts for reorganizations, mergers, or new operating models.

3. Talent & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Rewards) to align talent supply with business needs.
  • Identify critical roles, successors, and capability gaps using data-driven insights.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning processes.

4. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage HR systems, dashboards, and analytics tools to create actionable workforce insights.
  • Track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, productivity, and cost-to-hire.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders with clear narratives.

5. Employee Experience & Culture

  • Monitor organizational climate through surveys and pulse checks.
  • Partner with managers to address engagement issues and improve team performance.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance, and developments.

6. Program management

  • To work with Country HRBP to lead on transversal HR programs.

Job Requirements

  • Good degree, preferably with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management / organizational development.
  • More than 10 years of HR business partner or organization development experience, preferably in a complex large organization or MNC.
  • Excellent consultation skills, including the ability to work with several layers of management to discern challenges and opportunities and arrive at effective, responsive solutions.
  • Ability to execute companywide initiatives with excellence in a fast-paced, global collaborative environment, commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.  
  • Experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or organization design preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., OD certification) is an advantage.
  • Experience on company restructure; M&A; Carve Out; integration would be preferred.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and handle diverse issues.

  • Understanding of organizational design principles and change management frameworks.
