We are seeking a seasoned and driven Strategic Sales Director with a hunter mindset to lead our banking partnerships and SWIFT integration efforts across the APAC region. This role is pivotal to our long-term strategy and requires someone with deep experience in selling to banks, a strong understanding of SWIFT, and the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.
How you will create impact:
Drive new business: Identify and close high-value opportunities with banks and financial institutions across the region.
Maintain focus: Deepen engagement with our core network of banks while strategically expanding our footprint.
Lead complex sales cycles: Manage end-to-end sales—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
Build executive relationships: Engage directly with Strong C-level network and senior decision-makers within the banking sector.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure successful integration and delivery.
Represent the organization: Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and solutions.
Inform strategy: Provide market insights and feedback to shape our long-term regional approach.
Requirements
Essential qualifications:
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure.
Skills:
- Hunter mindset: Self-starter with a relentless drive to win new business and exceed targets.
- Proven success selling to banks, in the APAC Region.
- Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and integration processes.
