Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to support Boeing China Co., Ltd. (BCCL) in Beijing. This role offers significant exposure to Boeing's global matrix organization and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Asia and other regions.
The specialist will be responsible for office operations, safety and compliance, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and general affairs while maintaining regular visibility with BCCL leaders and business partners.

Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to support Boeing China Co., Ltd. (BCCL) in Beijing. This role offers significant exposure to Boeing's global matrix organization and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Asia and other regions.
The specialist will be responsible for office operations, safety and compliance, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and general affairs while maintaining regular visibility with BCCL leaders and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations as assigned, including overseeing and assisting in front of house as required.
- Perform bi-weekly GEMBA walks in workplace, identify & implement opportunities for improvements to ensure safe, secure and compliant workplace.
- Manage purchase requisitions, invoice processing and related processes in compliant and efficient manner.
- Lead Enhancing Operational Excellence initiative for China under the guidance of BGES Manager, by identifying and implementing Kaizen opportunities in our processes, costs and workplace operations.
- Track, maintain, analyze and report cost performance against budget for China.
- Partner with cross country and regional BGES team on sustainability related initiatives for China, under the guidance of BGES Manager and Global BGES sustainability focal.
- Develop, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all workplace operations under the guidance of BGES team.
- Provide support for workplace and site operations other than Beijing, as assigned.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by BGES Manager, including supporting tasks related to Boeing Global, as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations or a related function within a multinational corporation (MNC).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Intermediate computer skills (office productivity tools and common business systems).
Preferred:
- Methodical and detail-oriented with a strong focus on completing tasks to a high standard.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, high ethical standards, and demonstrated ability to perform under time constraints and pressure.
