Associate Project Manager (Workplace Technology Solutions)

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead the delivery of Workplace Technology Solutions projects across corporate environments. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and successful deployment of workplace technologies including AV systems, smart office solutions, collaboration platforms, network infrastructure, and digital workplace initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project management capabilities, technical understanding of workplace technologies, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, through to project closure.
• Lead workplace technology projects involving:

Ø  Audio Visual (AV) systems

Ø  Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC)

Ø  Smart office technologies

Ø  Meeting room solutions

Ø  Workplace infrastructure upgrades

Ø  Digital workplace transformation initiatives

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, escalations, and change requests effectively.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, workplace safety requirements, and quality assurance processes.
• Support testing, commissioning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project handover activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational processes.

• 2+ years of project management experience in workplace technology, IT infrastructure, AV integration, or related industries.
• Must have experience working on-site at clients' locations
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with workplace technology solutions such as:

Ø  Microsoft Teams Rooms

Ø  Zoom Rooms

Ø  Cisco collaboration solutions

Ø  AV systems and integration

Ø  Network and cabling infrastructure

Ø  Smart building technologies

Ø  Workplace management platforms

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and client-facing environments
