Job Description

  • Candidate should have experience in corporate fitouts prijects.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day civil construction activities at the project site.
  • Assist engineers in planning the sequence of construction tasks and ensuring resource availability.
  • Maintain clear communication between contractors, subcontractors, and the project team.
  • Monitor manpower allocation and productivity.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Supervise civil works such as excavation, RCC, block work, shuttering, finishing, etc.
  • Report any technical issues or deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
  • Verify levels, measurements, and alignment on-site.
  • Conduct quality checks as per QA/QC guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure workmanship meets required standards.
  • Report and follow up on quality-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Education - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch – Civil
  • Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
  • You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
