Job Description- Candidate should have experience in corporate fitouts prijects.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Assist engineers in planning the sequence of construction tasks and ensuring resource availability.
- Maintain clear communication between contractors, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Monitor manpower allocation and productivity.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Supervise civil works such as excavation, RCC, block work, shuttering, finishing, etc.
- Report any technical issues or deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Verify levels, measurements, and alignment on-site.
- Conduct quality checks as per QA/QC guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Ensure workmanship meets required standards.
- Report and follow up on quality-related issues.
- Education - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch – Civil
- Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
